In the republic of Dagestan, a subsidy from the regional government has allowed a canned meat-canning factory in the town of Buynaksk to boost its production capacity. Over the past two years, the factory has expanded its product line up to 100 items. The company receives raw materials for meat processing from local farms and has facilities for both raw material processing and slaughtering. Approximately 20 tons of raw materials are processed per shift at this facility.
