In the North Caucasian Federal District, the index of industrial production for the entire range of organizations during January–December 2024 reached 105.4%.

According to official data, the most significant dynamics was observed in the field of manufacturing industries, amounting to 5.8%. The sectors of electricity, gas and steam supply, as well as air conditioning, recorded an increase of 4.8%; mining saw an increase of 4.1%; activities related to water supply, wastewater disposal, waste collection and treatment showed a growth of 3.1%.

Kabardino-Balkaria demonstrated an annual increase in industrial production of 21.4%, Ingushetia saw a growth of 11.6%, Chechnya experienced a rise of 6.6%. The remaining regions experienced increases ranging from 1.8% to 4.4%, with Dagestan recording an increase of 5.4% in its industrial output. The manufacturing sector in Dagestan grew by 5.8%, while the mining sector saw an increase of 4.1%.
