Alliance LLC has submitted an application to the Caspian Coast Cluster in Dagestan for an investment project involving the construction of a 3-star hotel with an estimated investment of RUB 1.7 billion.

The hotel is scheduled to be put into operation in 2027 and will have a total capacity of 1,100 beds, approximately 600 to 700 guest rooms. Apart from the hotel, low-rise cottage units will be constructed. The company specializes in capital construction and has demonstrated positive financial performance in 2023.
