Two major investment projects (the construction of a huge ozone warehouse in Makhachkala and a 5-star luxury hotel with 220 rooms) signed at the Caucasus investment forum-2023 promise a serious economic boost for the republic.

Besides, Dagestan signed cooperation agreements with Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia-Alania and the National State University of Physical Education. The forum also featured a roundtable discussion on "Development of Mountain Areas," organized by Dagestan and Kyrgyzstan.

Noteworthy, the Aliyak Company from Dagestan won the Vershina Prize in the nomination for the best investment project in agriculture.
