The republican authorities intend to consolidate heat and water supply networks of Makhachkala in 2024, the head of the region Sergei Melikov said at an online press-conference. At the same time, all networks are planned to be transferred to the Unified Operator for Water Supply and Sanitation.

Earlier, the local authorities launched the facilities transfer program within the framework of the road map formed in the cities of Kaspiysk, Izberbash and Dagestanskiye Ogni.

At the same time, the plans for 2024 also envisages similar work in Khasavyurt and Buynaksk (heating networks).

As to Dagestan State Property Ministry, in 2022 the court satisfied the lawsuits to turn the immovable property of three utility companies Makhachkalavodokanal, Makhachkalateploenergo and Dagestanenergo into the state income.
