Dagestan turns to become the only Russian region to deliver humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip by separate special airplanes. As to the head of the republic Sergei Melikov, the republic also received about 150 refugees from Palestine. The first group of refugees from Palestine (50 people), including more than 20 children, arrived in Dagestan on November 25. They were accommodated at a recreation center in the suburbs of Makhachkala located on the seashore.
