The Republic of Dagestan has emerged as one of the leading ten regions of the Russian Federation in terms of assessing the effectiveness of digital transformation in the construction industry in 2024, aligning with the objectives of the nation's "Digital Economy" initiative.

Entities engaged in constructing facilities are successfully transitioning their operations to an electronic platform. Now, all administrative documentation is exchanged exclusively in digital format between the client and the contractor, significantly streamlining and expediting the process.

Notably, 190 investment projects have been registered in the project management information system, with 65 projects integrated with the contractor's external information system. Moreover, the professionals working in the construction field undergo refresher courses and access training materials.

The «Digital Economy» national project is designed to expedite the integration of digital technologies into the economic and social sectors, fostering an environment conducive to the development of high-tech enterprises, enhancing the country's global competitiveness, bolstering national security and augmenting the standard of living for the population.
