The Head of Dagestan Sergei Melikov proposes that participants of the special military operation (SMO) who do not have higher education be involved in personnel projects, including the «Valour of the Mountains» program.

A significant number of veterans express readiness to participate in the program, however, they do not meet the requirements regarding education. Melikov tasked republican authorities with exploring the possibility of providing training and employment for such candidates in positions that do not require a university qualification. This issue will be addressed by the State Department for Public Service and the regional Ministry of Education and Science.

The "Valour of Mountains" initiative aims to integrate SMO participants into the republic's leadership pool.
