The "KAVKAZ.RF" JSC has joined the educational cluster based at Dagestan State University of National Economy, in line with the objectives set forth in the federal targeted project "Professionalism", which is part of the broader "Youth and Children" national project.

Earlier, the company had already signed an agreement with Vladikavkaz State Multidisciplinary Technical School. Graduates from both clusters will form a pool of potential employees for the resorts in the North Caucasian region.

These educational clusters, based on educational institutions, are an integral part of the federal "Professionalism" program. The directives issued by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation are aimed at increasing the effectiveness of participation of the North Caucasian Federal District in this initiative.

The national project "Youth and Children" aims to foster the development of young people's talents and promote their self-fulfillment. The project focuses on building and modernizing educational institutions, as well as promoting the professional growth of teachers. Furthermore, it involves developing innovative teaching methods and creating an environment conducive to learning. Besides, the national project aims to establish educational hubs of international standard and provides support to universities participating in the "Priority 2030" program.
