According to the results of the first quarter of 2024, the index of industrial production increased by more than 164.9% compared to the same period of 2023. However, one of the challenges is the shortage of skilled workers, which is linked, among other things, to low salaries. To address this issue, heads of educational institutions and organizations do their best to attract young people to these fields, increase the average monthly salary and boost the prestige of working specializations.
