Russian President cites preservation of centennial values as key task


Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russia's highest priority is to protect its people, traditional values and heritage. He said, "We look forward with confidence and define our priorities, and together, we will succeed."

Vladimir Putin has been re-elected to the presidency of Russia for a fifth term. The inauguration ceremony took place in the Kremlin at 12:00 PM. Presidential elections took place on March 15-17 of this year.

Following the processing of 100% of ballots, Putin received 87.28% of votes. This election saw a record turnout in Russian history, with 77.44% of eligible voters participating. Putin will serve in this position for the next six-year term.
