By results of 11 months of 2023 the republic of Dagestan demonstrates the biggest volume of housing construction among regions of the North Caucasian Federal District. Dagestan developers constructed 1.14 million square meters of housing, Dagestanstat reports.

This is 40% more than in 10 months of 2022. At the same time, Chechnya became the absolute leader in terms of housing commissioning - almost 2 million square meters of housing (5.3% growth) and Stavropol Krai - 1.3 million square meters (3.7% decrease).

In total, the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District commissioned 5.7 million square meters of housing in the first 11 months of 2023.
