The Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Republic of Dagestan and the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "United Transport Directorate" signed a cooperation agreement, under which a "single ticket" service (plane-bus) was launched in test mode in order to organize multimodal passenger transportation.

According to the press service of the Ministry, the service provides an opportunity for passengers to use a "single ticket" for travel on the Makhachkala-Airport bus route.

The day before, the tourists from Kazan tried the service. They bought a single ticket for the plane to Makhachkala and the bus from airport to the city. "We were satisfied with everything when we made out the ticket. The cost and time of departure of the bus after arrival to the airport are suitable, we did not have to look for a cab, overpay. This is a very convenient service" tourist Oksana Tikhomirova said.

Kasum Magomedov, the Head of Transportation Department of the Ministry noted that technical issues of the "single ticket" service are currently being worked out.
