The team of fencers from Dagestan will take part in the All-Russian competition in memory of Nikolai Porfiryev in Kirov. The commemorative event in honor of the founder of fencing will be held in Kirov on September 24 - 29. Dagestan will be represented by 11 athletes (3 boys and 8 girls) - all of them are trainees of the fencing department of Khasavyurt sports school named after Shamil Umakhanov. The competitions are held on the épée among athletes aged 15-18.
