Four Dagestani athletes as part of the Russian youth national team achieved the best possible result at the U-21 European Championship in Serbia, the press service of the regional Sports Ministry reports. Said Saidulov, Ibragim Kadiev, Mustafagadzhi Malachdibirov and Habib Davudgadzhiev climbed to the podium's top step in their respective weight categories. In total, the Russian team, led by Dagestan-born coach Zelimkhan Huseynov, won 7 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medal in the competition held in Novi Sad, Serbia.
