Zemfira Magomedalieva and Sahadat Abdulaeva win Russian women's boxing championships

Makhachkala, March 11, 2015. Dagestani Zemfira Magomedalieva (81 kg) and Sahadat Abdulaeva (69 kg) won the Russia women's boxing championships that were taking place March 1-8 in Saransk, one of the athletes’ coach Sokhrab Manapov told RIA Dagestan. Both the athletes had three bouts to earn the title.
World champion-2014 Zemfira Magomedalieva won her first fight with Stavropol region’s Victoria Gerasimenko, skipped the second bout - Anastasia Yuzhakova from Chelyabinsk region refused to appear in the ring, and in the final bout defeated another Dagestani Elvira Ramazanov now representing Khanty-Mansiysk region.
Sahadat Abdulayeva now representing Moscow made early wins in the first two fights and in the third bout she met with her nemesis Irina Poteeva from Sverdlovsk region to earn a landslide victory.
The fresh champions already left for a training camp in Anapa. On spot, they’ll decide what championships the athletes will participate in - European or world championships. The date and place the forthcoming events are still unsettled.
