The Ministry of Tourism and Folk Arts of the Republic of Dagestan announces the acceptance of applications for the development of the next investment plots on the territory of the Caspian Coast Special Economic Zone (SEZ).

Three investment projects have been announced on the official website of the Ministry:
1. Construction of a three-star hotel with 390 rooms.
2. Construction of another three-star hotel with 380 rooms.
3. Construction of a restaurant with 53 seating places.

It should be noted that the Caspian Sea coastal cluster is located in Derbent municipal district of Dagestan. The residents of the special economic zone use special tax regimes and privileges provided for by federal legislation.
