Dagestan authorities have put forth a proposal to establish a hotline for tourists operating during the peak months from May to September. This initiative aims to enhance the quality-of-service provision and ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
Furthermore, the municipal authorities have pledged to swiftly respond to complaints from tourists and address instances of fraudulent activity. In preparation for the upcoming tourist season, a comprehensive inspection of 30 tourist facilities, 87 recreational bases and complexes, 230 temporary accommodations and 359 catering establishments was conducted.
Following this preparatory process, 169 requests to suspend the provision of services have been submitted until the correct category is assigned, with 49 of these requests having been granted.
