By the end of 2024, two more plants for the production of construction materials are planned to be put into operation in Kaspiysk. The project initiator is Capital Invest-Prom LLC, which has invested approximately RUB 1.7 billion in the construction of plants.

Earlier, a plant for the production of lime and dry building mixtures was commissioned in spring 2024. Next on the list are plants that will produce aerated concrete blocks at a capacity of 360,000 cubic meters per year and bricks at a capacity of 140,000 tons.

According to Magomedali Vagabov, the co-founder of the company, this project will create 236 new jobs. All raw materials used in the production process are local, including clay, sand and lime from quarries in the area. This will ensure good prices for products, resulting in savings of 30-40% for the customers.
