Kizlyar Cognac factory has an estimated value of approximately RUB 10 billion prior to privatization, the valuation report released by Rosimushchestvo runs. The valuation was conducted as of March 31, 2024. In April 2024, the Russian government added Kizlyar Cognac Factory to the privatization plan for 2024-2026. Founded in 1885, the factory was transformed into a joint-stock company in February 2018, with 100% of its shares owned by the federal government.
