Dagestan company Aquamarine Capital LLC won the DOM.RF auction for the right to carry out complex development of a 20.7-hectare land plot in Leninkent settlement. According to the Ministry of Construction of Dagestan, the medium-rise construction will be carried out on this plot.

"At least 100 thousand square meters of housing with all the necessary infrastructure will be built on this land" - the acting Minister of Construction Alexander Nesterov said, specifying that the implementation of the project will be conducted within the framework of the mechanism of integrated development of territories.

Apart from the residential development, the construction of social and communal facilities is also envisaged.
