Dagestan companies engaged in the production of juices, tomatoes and confectionery items, have participated in an international exhibition in the United Arab Emirates, aligning their efforts with the objectives of the national project titled "International Cooperation and Export."

Through our participation, we have secured preliminary agreements on collaboration and garnered interest from enterprises hailing from 20 countries across the globe. Additionally, our manufacturers have been awarded certificates of quality and compliance, Ruslan Abaskuliev, the Director of Dagestan Export Support Center says.

Noteworthy, in November 2024, Dagestan launched a joint venture with Uzbekistan to produce sensors for various industrial applications. Besides, a business delegation from Uzbekistan visited the region to explore opportunities for cooperation in the supply of construction materials, agricultural products and the export of certain types of textiles. Dagestan also plans to supply Saudi Arabia with some 50 greenhouse complexes and grape juices. The parties agreed on mutual exchange of tourists and implementation of investment projects.

The National Project "International Cooperation and Export" is aimed at establishing new economic ties and developing exports of Russian goods.
