The Makarov Museum of Military Glory, located in Makhachkala, will receive new exhibits in 2025 as part of the “Family” national target project. The primary focus of the museum's exhibition is on Dagestan's significant contribution to the triumph over Nazism. The display features a wide range of artifacts, including documents, medals, weapons and personal items belonging to frontline soldiers.

The exhibition also features a panoramic view of the war, showcasing heroic cities and photographs of Dagestanis awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union.

Apart from the museum, the local authorities will renovate two libraries and establish three model libraries, two in Makhachkala and one in Kazbekovsky municipal district. Furthermore, the national project encompasses the renovation of a cultural center in Kaspiysk.

The state-sponsored initiative aims to support parents with children by providing various services and benefits. Maternity capital, as well as the introduction of additional incentives for the birth of subsequent children (such as the second, third…), are being implemented in the country. Additionally, efforts to promote active longevity are underway. The Pushkin Card program, which provides young individuals aged 14-22 with free access to museums, theaters, cinemas and other cultural institutions, will be continued.
