The issue of including the spontaneous landfill site in the locality of "Cherkesskutan" into the federal program "Clean Land" for its subsequent reclamation has been discussed at a government meeting chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Dagestan Zaur Eminov.

The meeting participants, including representatives of the regional Ministry of Natural Resources and Makhachkala city administration presented a number of proposals aimed at including the territory in the federal project. Following the meeting, it was agreed to additionally discuss the issue with the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Dagestan to make all the necessary amendments to the zoning plan.
