Dagestan authorities launch “smart” chatbot to address land and property issues

DagZemSvyaz, a pioneering AI-powered digital assistant, has been launched in the North Caucasian region to address land and property related concerns. Accessible through the popular Telegram messaging platform, DagZemSvyaz empowers citizens with immediate access to reliable information and expert guidance on these matters. The chatbot will help with:
- learn about the procedure for free land acquisition by participants of the Special Military Operation;
- make an appointment with the minister.
- get advice on leasing state property;
- view the cadastral map and solve other profile issues.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Dagestan Zaur Eminov, highlighted the establishment of a novel digital service designed to facilitate direct communication with the residents of the Republic. He underscored this initiative as a prime example of how contemporary technological advancements can enhance governmental efficiency and citizen engagement.
This new platform, DagZemSvyaz, is being integrated into the region's broader digitization strategy focusing on land and property matters. Its implementation aligns with the national program "National Spatial Data System", further demonstrating the government's commitment to leveraging technology for improved public service delivery – the top official said.
