Dagestan has become one of Russia's leaders in the number of new educational organizations opened in 2024. At the beginning of the new academic year, 21 schools for 7,514 places and 10 kindergartens for 1,300 places opened in the republic. By the end of 2024 it is planned to put into operation 9 more schools (4460 places) and 4 kindergartens (760 places).

As to Snezhana Voronina, the acting director of the Department of Infrastructure Development of the Ministry of Education of Russia, such impressive results have become possible thanks to the fruitful cooperation of the regional authorities with the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
