The Russian Ministry of Construction has presented the preliminary results of the efficiency rating of project management information system (PMIS) in the regions. The Republic of Dagestan occupies the leading position in the rating. It is important to note that the assessment includes not only the implementation of organizational measures, but also productive work in the system. The role of Dagestan in the digital transformation of the construction industry was also noted by Elena Zvonareva, the Advisor to the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia, responsible for digitalization in construction.

This year, the Dagestan Ministry of Construction carried out significant work as part of the large-scale training. The Ministry identified responsible persons on the side of customers, design and contracting organizations and created accounts for more than 140 users. Besides, an exhaustive list of facilities was included into the PMIS as well as pilot facilities were selected for practical training.

The Ministry also created comfortable environment for the training of participants, where they were informed and supported throughout the process. The customers approved regulations for the provision, design, working and executive documentation, as well as regulations for construction control.
Within the framework of practical training, 24 objects were selected, on which it was possible to hone practical skills of working in the system. It became possible to cover all the material and pass the necessary modules in a fairly short period of time. Practically all regional and municipal customers of the republic were involved in training. All this experience was gathered thanks to the Competence Center of the Russian Federation in cooperation with the regional Ministry of Construction.
