Bakhtiyar Ullayev, the acting Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Dagestan, presented a master plan for the development of Derbent at the Caucasus Investment Forum.

Ullayev reported on the activities scheduled within the framework of the master plan in the sphere of municipal infrastructure, modernization of social infrastructure and integrated development projects - Avain and Yuzhny microdistricts. According to Ulyayev, the historical part of the city and the pedestrian network will be gradually restored.
