In May 2025, the Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Russian Federation will organize a media tour of Dagestan for international journalists. Representatives of media outlets from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Middle Eastern region and non-friendly countries will be invited to explore the region's renowned tourist destinations and prominent industrial enterprises.

The regional authorities currently finalize the itinerary for the journalists' visit. These events should serve as an opportunity to enhance awareness among international partners.

Officials believe that this approach will enable foreign participants to gain a deeper understanding of Dagestan's achievements in various fields, foster links and pave the way for successful expansion of trade, economic, cultural and tourism relations.
