A ceremony of handing over Russian passports to refugees from Palestine took place on the territory of the Dolphin sanatorium. The event was attended by the deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Dagestan Abdurakhman Makhmudov, the Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Republic of Dagestan Murad Kaziev, the officers of the Interior Ministry and others.

As to Makhmudov, the passport of citizen of the Russian Federation will allow the Palestinians to find employment in Russia, solve other issues and become full members of the Russian society. It was also noted that 45 refugees will receive main document of a citizen, 63 more people are undergoing a simplified procedure of citizenship registration.
