Dagestan State University students have two-week internship in Iran
Iran, March 17, 2015. Dagestan State University students had a two-week language training in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the press service of the university informed RIA Dagestan.
The students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies who are studying the Persian language had their internship February 22 to March 7 at the Faculty of Language and Literature at Tabatabai Tehran State University. The program included both practical training and cultural activities like visiting museums and seeing monuments of architecture and natural attractions of Iran.
The internship also included meetings and round tables with representatives of the Saadi Persian Language Development Centre, the Center for Study of Russia and Caucasus, and the students studying the Russian language in Iran. At the meetings, participants raised issues of language learning in both the countries, as well as trade and cultural relations.
At the ceremony of closing the language courses, the students were presented with souvenirs, books from the Saadi Fund, and internship certificates.
The Iranian internship was also there for students of the leading Russian - Moscow State University, Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs, and Moscow State Linguistic University.
