On February 17 - March 2, Dagestan will host the regional stage of the national championship in professional skills, known as «Professionals». More than four hundred participants will compete to showcase their expertise in a wide range of skills across 58 categories in 23 locations, including various enterprises.

The event's program includes:

- Opening and closing ceremonies — vibrant and memorable events that will take place in various cities across the republic.
- Press conference and scientific conference — discussions on current topics and trends in vocational education.
- Round tables and masterclasses — five roundtable discussions and twelve masterclasses will be held in seven cities of Dagestan.

The All-Russian Skills Competition is a movement designed to foster the development of talented young professionals, bolster human capital and contribute to Russia's pursuit of technological independence.
