Khadijat Ilyasova, educational advisor to the director from Dagestan, will take part as a finalist in the First National Vocational Guidance Award "Russia - My Horizons". The awarding ceremony will be held on April 23 at the All-Russian Exhibition of Economic Achievements.

The event is held to identify, support and encourage the best initiatives, projects and achievements in the field of career guidance, which help students to decide on their future profession. Participants of the Expert Council selected the best practices from 3032 applications of the contestants.

The event is organized by the Humanitarian Projects Foundation, the federal operator of the Ticket to the Future program in Russia. Over the past years, the Ticket to the Future project has involved over 60 thousand teachers, as well as almost 12 thousand partners, experts and regional operators.

Since the beginning of the current academic year, the opportunities for Russian schoolchildren have increased thanks to the Unified Vocational Guidance Model, in which about 9 million students from 6th to 11th grade in 40,000 Russian schools have participated.
