Dagestan State University hosted a presentation day for student startup projects as part of its accelerator program based on the "Entrepreneurship Boiling Point".

Within the framework of this event, more than 20 student innovators presented their projects to an expert panel. The participants discussed the competitive advantages of their projects and presented key market figures, describing competitors and discussing prospects for creating technological independence for the country.

Experts noted that this event allowed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of startup projects. "The accelerator program provides a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary project creation, where participants can combine their knowledge and expertise from different fields to present interesting and innovative solutions," Patimat Aliyeva, an accelerator expert and head of the DSU project office said.

Students presented projects related to the development of digital solutions and services for various areas of the economy and society. There were also startups implementing various methods of artificial intelligence.

For example, Djamilya Sultanova, a student of the Economics Faculty, presented a project called "Eating Good". This is a mobile application that helps users to choose high-quality, natural and tested products that meet Halal standards. Renat Aliyev, a student from DSU's Physics Faculty is working on a project to create proton conductors based on barium zirconate that can be used in hydrogen energy engineering.
