In 2023 the turnover of public catering sector in Dagestan amounted to 108.1 billion rubles, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the republic reports. In relation to 2022, the volume increased by 7.3%. At the same time, this indicator became the highest among all regions of the Northern Caucasus and the 6th in Russia. Besides, last year the volume of paid services provided to the population increased by 3.3% - 187 billion rubles.
