The authorities of the Republic of Dagestan intend to sell part of its gas networks. This is stated in the draft amendments to the forecast plan of privatization of state property for 2024.

According to the document published on the website of the republican parliament, 308 gas distribution networks are to be sold by 1 January 2025. Their total length is about 3 million linear meters. Besides, there are 43 plots of land located along the network. As a result of the deal, Dagestani government is expected to receive RUB 1.6 billion.
