Kizlyar-based KEMZ JSC has recently launched a new facility for the production of medical oxygen and nitrogen. The facility has a capacity of 880 kilograms of liquid product per hour, equivalent to approximately 21 tons per day.

The exact amount of liquid oxygen or nitrogen produced will depend on demand. The facility is designed to produce medical oxygen, but due to lack of a relevant license from the relevant authorities, the company has not yet started producing medical gases.

According to reports, the facility could potentially supply medical oxygen and nitrogen to several neighboring regions, including Chechnya, Stavropol, and the Krasnodar region, among others.
