Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, the Chairman of the government of the Republic of Dagestan, underscored the particular responsibility and significance associated with possessing this trademark. It serves as a testament to the high standing and quality of products or services, which meet the rigorous standards of safety, authenticity and local origin. As reported, "Derbent Wine Company" LLC and "DAG-TUR" LLC submitted applications for the right to use the trademark on their products and tour services. Additionally, a total of 28 municipal entities within the republic submitted applications seeking permission to utilize the trademark for exhibition and fair participation, as well as for placement in tourist locations.

Emil Omarov, the Director General of Derbent Wine Company, pointed out that the Brand of Dagestan trademark would contribute to the promotion of the region and the marketing of local products. Nazim Hasanbekov, the Executive Director of DAG-Tour, highlighted the company's accomplishments in the field of tourism and its active involvement in projects aimed at attracting foreign visitors.

Abdulmusimov expressed his support for initiatives to bestow the "Brand of Dagestan" trademark upon the companies and municipalities following a thorough examination of the applications submitted.
