The demand for turnkey repair services in the Republic of Dagestan has increased. By the beginning of May 2024, the average price of the service is estimated at 22,000 rubles per square meter.

Compared to the same period in 2023, there is a 3% increase in prices. At the same time, Ingushetia is the leader in terms of demand growth among the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District, with a 34% increase. The average cost of repairing one square meter in this region starts from RUB 25,000. Next in demand comes Kabardino-Balkaria (+18%), followed by North Ossetia (+13%) and Chechnya (+10%). Stavropol Krai also saw an increase of 7%.
