The bill itself is planned to be adopted in February 2024. This has been announced by Natalia Kostenko, one of the authors of the bill, a State Duma deputy from the Krasnodar Territory. According to Kostenko, there is already a preliminary agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to legalize such large objects as hotels or to introduce an additional classification for them to avoid the loss of a large number of places of accommodation in the cities.
