The Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Dagestan Zaur Askenderov will lead Dagestani delegation in the observers’ mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States at the forthcoming extraordinary elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Elections to the Parliament of Azerbaijan will be held on September 1, 2024.

Dagestani delegation includes Kamil Davdiyev, the deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Dagestan, Nusret Omarov, the authorized representative of the Head of Dagestan in the National Assembly, Firudin Rajabov, the Chairman of the parliamentary Committee on National Policy, Public and Religious Associations and Interparliamentary Relations and Musafendi Velimuradov, the deputy of the National Assembly.

The representatives of Dagestan as international observers will work in the Azerbaijani cities of Baku, Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz.
