Of course, it should be synchronized with the federal personnel program. It is necessary to popularize the project. We need to cooperate with the commissariat and other military bodies" the Head of the republic said.

Melikov instructed to create a special portal for this project, as well as to open platforms in social networks.

Recall, in his message Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin announced a development program for participants of the special military operation "Time of Heroes". Qualified, competent managers from among the SMO participants will be trained for future work in government agencies and state corporations.

The program envisages training in modern management methods, teamwork and personal development technologies by the Higher School of Public Governance under the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
