Dagenergo, a subsidiary of Rosseti Northern Caucasus JSC, will start training personnel for the energy sector of the region in collaboration with Dagestan Energy College as part of targeted training programs. The first intake is scheduled to begin in 2024.

Together with Energy College, Dagenergo develops a targeted training program, under which the educational institution will train specialists. The program and all necessary documentation is being prepared. The first enrollment will take place by the end of this year. Under each personal agreement, graduates will be obligated to work for the company for three years. The branch currently has vacancies for power engineers.
