Over 24,000 individuals improved their health in Dagestani sanatoriums this summer (an increase of 57% compared to last year).

According to data from the Sanatoriums of Russia website, more than 24,000 individuals have benefited from their stay in Dagestan sanatoriums during the summer months, representing an increase of 57 percent compared to the same period in 2023. The average cost of a treatment package made approximately RUB 12,000 rubles. During the summer season, the regional health centers generated over RUB 288 million in revenue.

Dagestan ranked among the top three regions of the Northern Caucasus in terms of visitor numbers at health resorts, with over 437,000 guests visiting sanatoriums from January to June 2024.
