Aprt from the region, the residents of Moscow, Chechnya, Tatarstan, Adygea, Karachay-Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria have got this opportunity. When a card is issued, a new payment account is opened, which does not accrue interest on the balance. At the same time, these cards meet international Shariah standards of Islamic finance.
