The updated general plan lays the groundwork for the construction of a business center called "Makhachkala-City", Sergey Bychkov, the deputy director general of Giprogor JSC says.

According to Bychkov, the investment project can be implemented within the municipality after the general plan has been amended, ensuring that the investment features and socio-economic impact are clearly defined. The top manager suggested that the project could be located in Krasnoarmeysk suburban settlement of Makhachkala, highlighting its potential as a strategic site for this development.
