Dagestan authorities have allocated land for the investment project of construction of a wine and cognac complex without bidding procedures. The investor represented by the Alvisa LLC received a land plot of 2.1 hectares in the village Chinar located in Derbentski district. The land was granted as measure of state support for the large-scale investment projects adopted by the federal government. The total volume of investments in the project is estimated at 2 billion rubles. The funds will be spent to launch a modern industrial facility for the primary grape processing and production of wine and brandy distillate production.
