According to operational data of the Unified Power System Operator, on January 29, 2024, the electricity consumption reached 1 thousand 615 MW in the power system grid of the Republic of Dagestan at an average daily air temperature of -2.5 ºС. The historical maximum exceeded by 69 MW the similar indicator registered on February 12, 2023 at an average daily air temperature of -4.1 ºС. In the current fall-winter period, similar record indices of maximum power consumption in the regional energy system have been recorded more than once.
