Dagestan authorities have granted a land plot to the company Keramin LLC for the construction of a bricks production factory without a tender. The cost of the project is estimated at about 810 million rubles. The company plans to produce 48 million bricks annually after completion of the project. The plant will be located in Kaspiysk, on a plot of 8.3 hectares within the Kaspiysk Advanced Socio-Economic Development Zone. The project aims to create 110 new jobs and generate 143 million rubles in taxes for all levels of the budget. The facility is expected to start operating in 2026.
