Dagestan enters top 3 regions with highest land prices

According to Cian.Analytica experts, the average price of a sotka ('a hundred', i.e. 100 m2 or 1⁄100 hectare) in Dagestan is RUB 810 thousand. Thus, the region ranked third in Russia in terms of high cost of land plots.
The average price of a sotka in other regions of the North Caucasian Federal District varies between RUB 321 and 465 thousand. Experts have recorded the lowest cost of land plots across the Northern Caucasus in Northern Ossetia.
In the country as a whole, the most expensive land plots are still sold in Moscow and St. Petersburg – about RUB 1.1 million per sotka. At the same time, according to analysts, land prices have increased by 25% over the year in the country, while in the North Caucasus Federal District they have increased by 30%.
